Chicken Masala Recipe- Eid ul Fitr Food Recipes


Chicken boneless cubes: Half kilogram

Tandoori masala: 1 packet

Egg: 1

Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Corn flour: 1 tablespoon


Ingredients for Masala:

Oil: ¼ cup

Onion: 1 small (chopped)

Tomato: 1 (chopped)

Cashew nuts: 8 (grinded)

Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon

Salt: ½ teaspoon

All spice powder: ¼ teaspoon

Fenugreek leaves: 1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves: For garnish



Take half-kilogram chicken boneless cubes and marinate with 1 pack of tandoori masala, lemon juice, corn flour and an egg. Mix well and keep for an hour or so. Deep fry chicken cubes in oil after marination and keep aside.

Now come to masala preparation, Take a pan and add oil in it. Heat up oil and fry chopped onion till its color changes to light golden color. After that add in other ingredients that are 1 chopped tomato, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon all spice powder and mix well. Then add ½ cup of water and allow it to cook. After 5 minutes add in grinded cashew nuts and fried chicken cubes.  Cook till it is cooked properly. Dish out in a platter and garnish with coriander leaves.  You can enjoy this yummy dish with naan or rice. It is your choice.
