Chinioti Pulao Recipe (Mutton)- Eid Food Recipes


Mutton: 1 kilogram
Rice: 1 kilogram
Oil: 1 cup
Onion: 2 cups sliced
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 tablespoon
Chili powder: ½ tablespoon
Green chilies: 15
Tomatoes: 2
Black cardamom: 2
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 2 sticks
Cloves: 1 teaspoon
White cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Dry aalo Bukhara (plum): 10
Take a deep pan and add 4 cups water with meat, whole-green chilies, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, whole spices and soaked aalo Bukhara and cook for 30 minutes. Cover the pan with lid and allow it to cook on medium flame. After half an hour, add coarsely chopped tomatoes and cook until meat nearly tender. Take another pan and heat oil, in it. Put onion slices and fry. When onion slices turn brown add ¼-cup water, now add the tender meat mixture to it, fry well add the left over stock with 3 cups water and boil. Now add soaked rice and mix well.  Cook for 10 min when water dries simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot with yogurt dip and enjoy.
