Recipe Ingredients:

Beef pasanda (thin sliced): 2 kilograms

Onion sliced: 2 medium

Red pepper powder: 2 teaspoons

Garam masala powder: 2 teaspoons

Yogurt: 1 cup

Mustard Oil: 4 tablespoon

Papaya (raw) ground: 1 tablespoon

Coriander powder: 2 Teaspoons

Onions paste: 2 medium onions

Salt: As per taste

How To Cook Bihari Kabab:

When you buy Pasandas get them thin sliced about 2- 3inches wide and 4 inches in length. Two medium onions that you have sliced should be fried brown and crushed by hand when they cool down. Now mix well all the above ingredients that are all the spices mentioned and the beef with your hand. You can wear gloves if you want to mix properly without burning your hands because of spices.  As soon you mixed it all well, leave it to marinate for about 6-8 hours in the fridge. Then put the meat in the skewers (folded in layers) closely held together. Then put the meat over heated charcoal turning it regularly till meat is barbecued from all the sides. Serve it hot with paratha and raita of oyur choice and salad
