Eid ul Fitr Food Recieps: Dum ka Qeema Recipe

Beef mince:  ½ kg
Raw Papaya: 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon heaped
Cumin (roasted & crushed): 1 teaspoon
Poppy Seeds (roasted & ground): 1 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds (roasted & ground): 1 teaspoon
Gram (roasted & ground): 1 tablespoon
Cloves: 4 to 5
Green Cardamom: 2
Salt: 1 teaspoon heaped or to taste
Ginger garlic  paste: 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Oil: ½ cup
At first, slightly roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds and poppy seeds in a pan.  Take them off the flame and grind them all with roasted gram. Keep the spice powder aside. Now marinate mince with raw papaya, ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours. After 2 hours or more, add all the grinded ingredients to the mince and mix well. Now heat oil in a pan add your marinated mince, leave it to cook on low flame for 20 minutes, when water dries add lemon juice, serve garnished with chopped coriander, mint, green chilies and onion slices. You can enjoy this dish with naan or chapatti.
