Eid ul Fitr Food Recipes: Chili Garlic Wings Recipe

Chicken wings: ½ kg
Egg: 1
Corn flour: 4 tablespoons
Flour: 3 tablespoons
Garlic chopped: 1 tablespoon
Crushed red pepper: 1 teaspoon
Chili garlic sauce: 3 tablespoons
Light soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Sweet sauce: 2 tablespoons
Take chicken wings and wash them thoroughly. Keep them aside so that extra water dries out. Now marinate wings with all the given the ingredients that are egg, corn flour, flour, garlic chopped, crushed red pepper, chili garlic sauce, light soy sauce, salt, vinegar, black pepper and sweet sauce. Smear all the ingredients well and deep-fry for 20 minutes until done. Serve with French fries sauce and enjoy!
