Eid ul Fitr Food Recipes: Karhai Kabab Masala Recipe

Mince: ½ kg
Coriander seeds crushed: 2 teaspoons
Green chilies: 4 chopped
Egg: 1
Gram flour roasted: 1 tablespoon heaped
Onion: 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Bread: 1 slice soaked in water and squeezed
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
White cumin roasted and crushed: ½ teaspoon
Allspice: 1 to2 teaspoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped: 2 tablespoons
Egg: 1 beaten
Ingredients for masala or gravy:
Onion: 2 sliced thick
Tomato: 3 to 4 julienne
Capsicum: 2 julienne
Oil: ¼ cup
Salt: 1 tsp
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: ½ teaspoon
Allspice: ½ teaspoon
Method for kabab:
Mix all the ingredient in mince and chopperized in chopper machine. Now make into long kababs, and shallow fry in oil.  keep aside and cut into 2 to 3 pieces to make small kababs.
Method for masala:

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion  until it turns transparent. After that add ginger garlic paste with all the dry seasonings and ¼ cup of water and mix well. Now add tomato and capsicum fry well till oil comes on the top. Then add in fried kababs in the gravy and leave it on dum. Lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies to garnish. Serve with naan or chapatti.
