Eid ul Fitr Food Recipes: Spicy Broast Recipe

Chicken: 1 kg with skin 8 pieces
Crushed red pepper: 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Soya sauce: 2 tablespoons

Red chili garlic sauce: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon (heaped)
Corn flour: ½ cup
Flour: 1 cup
Chilled water: as required

Marinate chicken pieces with all above ingredients that are; crushed red pepper 1 tbsp, crushed black pepper ½ tsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, red chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp, salt 1 tsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped for 30 minutes at least.  Then add to it 2 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp flour and mix well. To coat all the pieces, dip each piece in chilled water then in dry flour and corn flour mixture.  Deep fry for 20 minutes and serve with fries.
