Kharay Masalay ka Qeema Recipe


Mince: ½ kilogram (coarsely crushed)
Onion: 250 grams (coarsely sliced)
Crushed garlic: 1 tablespoon
Ginger julienne: 2 tablespoons
Whole button red chilies: 10
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Mix whole spices: 1 tablespoon
White cumin: 1 teaspoon
Oil: ½ cup
Yogurt: ¾ cup
Allspice powder: ½ teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
Green chilies: 2 (finely chopped)


Take a pan and heat oil in it. Then add coarsely sliced onions and fry. When color changes to pink, add in crushed garlic, button chilies, mince, salt, whole spices, white cumin and mix well. Cook for a while and cover the pan with lid. When it is half done add whipped yogurt and mix. Cover again and let it cook for a while again. After 10 minutes check again and cook, more till water dries and oil comes on top.  Now mince is done. Sprinkle all spice powder and turn off the flame. Dish out and garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilies.  Serve with paratha and enjoy.
