Tantalizing Tandoori Masala Chops Recipe – Eidul Adha Food Recipes

Mutton chops: ½ kg flatten

Oil: 2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tbsp

All spice: ½ tsp

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Raw Papaya ground: 1 tbsp

Chili powder: 1 tsp heaped

Roasted cumin crushed: 1 tsp

Orange color: A pinch

Onion: 2 tbsp ground

BBQ masala: 2 tbsp

Yogurt: ½ cup

How To Cook Tandoori Masala Chops

Take a bowl and marinate chops with ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, yogurt ½ cup chili powder 1 tsp heaped, roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp, All spice ½ tsp, lemon juice 2 tbsp, Orange color pinch, onion 2 tbsp, raw papaya ground 1 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp for 2 hours. If you have much time you can marinate for longer time period. Before cooking preheated oven on 180 degree C and bake chops for 35 to 40 minutes and give dum of coal, serve with fresh salad. If you have grilling system you can gril these masala chops as well. Naan or chapatti goes well with these chops. This can be an excellent addition for your Eid ul Adha menus. You can serve chops in dinner parties or even at lunch time if you like.
